At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping people move toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and create a more fulfilling life — sometimes, they just need the right support to get started. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, compassion, and tools to help you navigate life's challenges and reconnect with your strengths.

I offer a calm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to be authentic and explore their challenges openly. My approach is holistic and personalized, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through mindfulness, lifestyle shifts, and self-awareness, I support clients in actively engaging with their healing journey. I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy to help reduce symptoms and empower lasting, strengths-based change.
